Leading the guest-facing show experience, the full-time remote Director of Production Services will manage show operations and technical services teams, ensuring high-quality execution of creative standards while overseeing staffing, training, and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the operational owner of the guest experience, maintaining quality and consistency in storytelling and immersion
Recruit, train, and supervise guest experience staff and technical personnel, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork
Oversee the daily operation and reliability of show systems, coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Technical Production, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience in immersive entertainment or related industries
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary operational and technical teams
Strong understanding of immersive storytelling and guest engagement
Working knowledge of show systems including lighting, audio, and interactive technologies
