Footwear Fit Specialist - Customer Experience Advocate

RC Outfitters is seeking a Level 1 Fit Specialist to engage customers and the community, guiding them in footwear, socks and inserts to support an active lifestyle.
You will diagnose needs, properly fit customers, advise on footwear and related products, operate the POS system, and help with exchanges, returns, pricing, and inventory. You’ll also mentor teammates and contribute to a welcoming store experience.
