On-Site Talent Scout & Community Connector

CMC Recruiting in San Jose, CA is seeking 1–2 high-energy recruiters to join their on-site team. This is a hunter role, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach to closing top candidates in the local market.
You will build community partnerships, act as the face of the office for candidates, and target roughly 15 hires per year. A fast-paced, relationship-driven environment rewards energy, urgency, and proactive follow-through.
