Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, the most watched person in the world. Renowned for revolutionizing digital content creation, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube. With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.

About the Role
MrBeast is looking for a Creative Producer to join our Vertical team and help manage the productions that fuel our social and vertical content. These are real, full-scale productions in vertical format — not quick short-form shoots, so this role calls for someone who can run a proper set. The rise in short-form, vertical content poses a unique opportunity and challenge for Beast Industries, and this team is specifically focused on thinking forward about these changes in media.

Producers maintain timelines and deadlines for all departments and contractors affiliated with filming. They oversee the process to make our vertical content come to life, and work closely with production managers and the creative team day to day. They will know how to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to all supervised departments, and are comfortable adjusting plans quickly when talent's schedule or availability shifts on set. They will work closely with the team to ensure that we are uploading more frequently, without sacrificing our integrity or quality.

More than anything, we're looking for someone genuinely positive to be around — someone who gets things done, keeps a good attitude even when plans change at the last minute, and is someone the team is glad to have on set. Someone who exceeds expectations in this role will develop new internal strategies that increase the efficiency of the team, i.e. maintaining and adding to our vendor list, price checking contractors, developing new business relationships, and assessing safety standards for on set protocols.

*** THIS ROLE IS BASED ON-SITE IN GREENVILLE, NC AND REQUIRES FREQUENT TRAVEL ***

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the Platform Leads and the ShortForm Creative team on video creatives daily

Manage the day to day operations for multiple productions

Negotiate with contractors, locations and rentals

Oversee organization of expenses, contractor paperwork, call sheets, releases, travel and accommodations

Oversee the production timeline in collaboration with the Production Managers

Communicate with camera, lighting, audio and post teams ensuring everyone is on the same page and on schedule

Ensure proper safety protocols are being followed for shoots

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience as a production manager — long-form, film, or episodic production experience is just as valuable here as short-form

A track record of getting things done on set, regardless of content format — our shoots are run like real productions, even though the output is made for vertical/social

Comfortable with common production and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite); deep platform-specific editing expertise (TikTok editor, etc.) is nice to have but not required

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

A highly-adaptable and positive person when things don’t go according to plan

Willingness to be a part of a team and the ability to change directions quickly.

Humility and a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice

The target total compensation ranges from $103,000 – $125,000 , including a fixed annual salary of $80,000 – $100,000 , an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
