The Account Executive, New Business Development is responsible for generating new title business through the acquisition, development, and retention of real estate agent relationships.
This role focuses primarily on:
New agent acquisition
Market share growth
Office and brokerage relationship building
Client retention and account growth
The Account Executive serves as the primary relationship owner for their book of business and is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while creating long-term recurring revenue relationships for Alliance Title.
This is a highly entrepreneurial sales role designed for motivated professionals who enjoy prospecting, networking, relationship building, and creating long-term income growth.
Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

Prospect and develop relationships with:
Teams
Brokerages
Builders
Conduct office visits and attend networking events
Generate new title orders and recurring business relationships
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Client Retention & Market Share Growth

Maintain strong relationships with producing clients
Conduct regular office visits and relationship check-ins
Attend brokerage meetings and industry events
Increase market share within existing accounts
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to deliver exceptional service
Identify opportunities
Introduce qualified opportunities to the Director of Business Development
Support relationship development throughout the evaluation process
Maintain real-time CRM updates
Document meetings, calls, office visits, and follow-up activities
Manage pipeline progression and opportunity tracking
Participate in weekly accountability and pipeline meetings
