sManage and coordinate incident resolution with external data delivery vendors to ensure timely and effective outcome
sCommunicate and collaborate with Aftersales marketing team—including technical teams, dealerships, and Aftersales field management—to support incident and case resolutio
nMonitor and identify data discrepancies or errors using Tableau and Power BI dashboards; document findings and upscale issues as appropriat
eDemonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, to support daily operations and reporting need
sLead and participate in meetings with data delivery vendors, marketing vendors, document meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up through completio
nInitiate, manage, and track vendor incidents through designated portals, ensuring proper documentation and resolution progres
sEffectively manage multiple priorities, demonstrating the ability to shift between projects while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environmen
