SCM Specialist (Warranty Claims)

Specialist SCM Power Projects & Operations (Warranty claims Management)

Job Summary:
Support Renewable Energy Projects (Solar & Wind) with a primary focus on Warranty Management. The role is responsible for managing OEM, EPC, supplier, and civil warranty claims, supporting project handover to Operations, and ensuring contractual warranty obligations are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end warranty claim management for renewable power assets.
Coordinate with Operations, Project teams, EPC contractors, suppliers, and OEMs to resolve warranty issues.
Manage warranty claims from initiation through closure and maintain related documentation.
Support project-to-operations transition, ensuring warranty obligations are transferred.
Interpret contracts and enforce warranty provisions.
Support supplier performance management and operational spares procurement.
Manage warranty issues related to:
Wind:

Wind Turbine OEMs, Wind Farm Operations
High Voltage Equipment:

Power Transformers, HV Breakers, Electrical Substations
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years of SCM experience with strong Warranty Management experience.
Experience managing OEM/EPC warranty claims and supplier relationships.
Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind) experience preferred.
