Senior Event Design & Development Lead

Cohera seeks a Design and Development Manager for its Orlando office to lead the entire proposal process for custom corporate events, from concept to delivery. You will own pricing, décor, venues, staffing, and activities, while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to meet client goals and budgets.
The role requires six years of experience, with at least three in hospitality, and strong writing, vendor management, and project leadership skills. Some late hours and weekends may be needed.
