Title: Digital Content Strategist
Location: Atlanta, GA (FF and Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Strong expertise in creating clear, concise, and customer centric content for Digital and Care platforms within prepaid telecom environments.
Proven experience writing content for prepaid customer journeys, including recharge, balance inquiry, validity, offers, usage alerts, and account management.
Proficiency in developing content for multiple digital channels such as mobile apps, self-service portals, web platforms, chatbots, IVR prompts, and SMS notifications.
Strong understanding of prepaid telecom terminology, products, plans, and customer life cycle flows.
Experience designing UX aligned content including microcopy, error messages, tooltips, help text, and in app guidance.
Ability to translate complex technical and business information into simple, easy to understand customer communications.
Knowledge of content strategy, information architecture, and content lifecycle management.
Experience collaborating with UX designers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Accessibility, and Analytics teams.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
Understanding of accessibility friendly content practices aligned with WAG standards (plain language, readable structure, inclusive tone).
Experience writing regulatory compliant and privacy aware customer communications for telecom environments.
Strong editing, proofreading, and content quality assurance skills.
Ability to adapt content for multilingual and culturally diverse prepaid user bases.
Familiarity with SEO and digital content optimization principles where applicable.
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery models and iterative content development.
Ability to create and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice standards, and content libraries.
Experience documenting content requirements, approvals, and version control as required under the SOW.
Strong stakeholder communication skills to gather requirements and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Develop and maintain content across multiple channels, including mobile applications, self service portals, web platforms, chatbots, IVR scripts, SMS notifications, and email communications.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, Engineering, QA, Accessibility, and Analytics teams to align content with digital user experiences and business requirements.
Translate complex technical, operational, and policy information into simple, easy to understand messaging for prepaid customers.
Ensure content adheres to approved tone of voice, brand guidelines, and DigiCare communication standards.
Create UX focused content including microcopy, error messages, notifications, tooltips, help text, and in app guidance.
