AEC Marketing & Proposals Specialist

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, high-performing team. You’ll support business development and marketing through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement, and event support.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing or proposal coordination (AEC preferred), excellent writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce high-quality materials.
