AV Operations Lead for Live Events

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will guide the technical team to ensure smooth event delivery and high customer satisfaction.
You will participate in venue administration, coordinate with management, and ensure equipment setup, maintenance and security are handled to Encore's standards. This role requires strong problem-solving and team leadership.
