Videographer / Editor

Cyclone Social is seeking a Videographer to conceptualize, shoot, and edit social media content for clients. It is VERY important that this role is filled with someone who can adapt, using both a DSLR camera, as well as a phone, to create content that is catered to social media. We are looking for someone who is driven by data and realizes that what looks the best, isn't always the right answer. This person must live in, or be willing to relocate to or near Fort Wayne, IN, and MUST provide a link to showcase a portfolio of work samples.

Responsibilities

Shoot, direct, and edit videos for various social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Monitor the latest social media trends and bring these ideas to brainstorm meetings with the team

Setup equipment and work with talent

Create title cards, video thumbnails, and other digital assets as needed

Organize files according to company standards

Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro: including skills in editing, sound design, and color correction

General knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and any other relevant Adobe software

Knowledge of social media platforms and apps

Knowledge of DSLR cameras, and audio equipment and proper lighting

Ability to multitask, stay focused, and problem solve

Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
