We're currently looking for a Promotions Assistant to join our team, representing one of America's leading wireless providers at branded retail locations and promotional events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating positive customer experiences, and building valuable skills in promotions, sales, and brand representation.

About the Role
As a Promotions Assistant, you'll represent our client at busy retail stores, promotional activations, community events, and branded pop-up locations across Louisville.

Your role is to create engaging conversations, introduce customers to the latest wireless products and services, demonstrate current offers, and help customers choose solutions that best fit their needs.

No two days are exactly the same. You'll meet hundreds of different people each week while working alongside a supportive team in energetic retail and event environments.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Promotions Team, you'll:

Represent one of the nation's leading wireless brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Engage customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations at retail locations and promotional events.

Demonstrate wireless devices, accessories, and current service plans.

Explain promotions, trade-in offers, and product benefits in a clear and engaging way.

Help customers compare products and identify the options that best suit their needs.

Support customers through new activations, upgrades, purchases, and account changes using tablet-based systems.

Assist with setting up and maintaining attractive branded promotional displays.

Ensure every customer receives a welcoming, informative, and positive experience.

Work towards individual and team performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Participate in ongoing product knowledge sessions and professional development workshops.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, marketing, or sales is helpful but not essential—full training is provided.

Compensation
Approximately earnings $3,600–$4,225 per month, paid weekly, including uncapped performance incentives. Incentive earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
