About the Job
Live Selling Hosts are the face of the Lug community, bringing products to life through engaging, interactive live shopping experiences. Hosts educate customers, demonstrate products, build relationships with viewers, and drive sales through authentic storytelling and product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Host live shopping broadcasts across LugLive platforms.
- Demonstrate products in an engaging, educational, and entertaining manner.
- Answer customer questions in real time.
- Share personal experiences and product benefits through storytelling.
- Drive customer engagement, excitement, and purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and brand-aligned presence.
- Prepare for shows by reviewing products, key selling points, and promotions.
- Create short-form video content and social media assets as requested.
- Collaborate with producers and the LugLive leadership team to improve performance.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. Hosts earn a percentage of sales generated during their live broadcasts. Commission structures may vary based on show format, experience level, and participation in special events or team-selling opportunities. There is no cap on earnings, allowing top-performing hosts to significantly increase their income through strong sales performance and customer engagement.

- Comfortable speaking live on camera.

- Reliable and professional.
- Previous live selling, retail, social media, broadcasting, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
