Employee Experience & Engagement Lead (Hybrid)

WesBanco is seeking an Employee Experience Officer in a hybrid role, split between remote and office work on a formalized schedule. You will resolve employee relations issues, develop performance improvement plans, and support talent development across the employment lifecycle.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or 4 years equivalent experience) and at least two years in HR, preferably in Employee Relations. HR Certification is a plus.
