Senior Marketing & Communications Lead — Internal Engagement

Holy Cross Health is seeking a Sr. Marketing & Communications Specialist to advance internal communications across THMA. You will develop strategies, craft stories, newsletters, and digital content to keep colleagues informed of priorities and initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with executives to align messaging, plan town halls, and drive campaigns, media outreach, and internal communications that support a transparent culture and strong engagement across our hospitals in Maryland.
