Responsibilities and Expectations
- Produce content across live streaming news programs, digital news sites, social media platforms and linear news broadcasts.
- Take ownership of the day’s big stories in the field and in‑studio.
- Create non‑traditional storytelling formats using video, text, graphics and music.
- Appear on linear broadcasts and streaming news shows on most days.
- Maintain and grow a robust social media presence focused on news‑related content.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a reporter and anchor.
- Reel that demonstrates shooting, editing and producing content.
- Robust social media footprint focused primarily on news‑related content.
- Ability to think beyond linear television workflows and deliver content for multiple platforms.
Benefits
- Pay range: $60,000–$67,000 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience and location.
