Insomniac is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to manage high-volume fan inquiries across social media and email for its festivals, brands, and concerts. You will ensure no question goes unanswered, while representing the brand voice across channels.
You will identify trends in fan sentiment, escalate issues with context, and collaborate with Social Media, Marketing, Ticketing, Operations and Production teams. On-site at festivals and some overnight shifts are required.
