A globally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Studio Coordinator to support a dynamic team of architects, designers, and studio leadership. Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to Studio Principals and Directors
Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, and expense reports
Coordinate studio operations, staffing, PTO tracking, financial reports, and project administration
Assist with proposals, presentations, contracts, and project documentation
Coordinate studio meetings, events, retreats, and client hospitality
Support Design Managers with project setup, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and project files
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day studio operations
Qualifications
5+ years of professional administrative experience
Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced professional services environment
Strong calendar management and domestic/international travel coordination experience
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Microsoft Office proficiency required; Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
