We are looking for an

Monetization Operations Manager

to drive user growth and monetization performance from our overseas markets.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in

user operations and data-driven business analysis , with experience in internet products, social platforms, or live-streaming/gifting ecosystems. You will work closely with regional teams, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize user engagement, improve monetization efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize overseas monetization operations strategies, focusing on

virtual gifting, user payment, and revenue growth .
Analyze user behavior, monetization data, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
Develop user segmentation strategies and operational plans to improve user engagement, retention, and paying conversion.
Monitor key business metrics (e.g., DAU, retention, ARPU, paying users, revenue contribution) and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with product, data, and regional teams to optimize product features and operational campaigns.
Support market-specific strategies for Africa and Southeast Asia, understanding local user behaviors and market trends.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively with China-based product and technology teams.
Conduct competitive research and provide recommendations for business improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with

4+ years of experience in internet product operations, user operations, growth operations, or monetization operations .
Strong experience in

user operation and data analysis ; candidates should be able to use data to identify problems and drive decision-making.
Experience in

social networking, live streaming, gaming, content platforms, or other user-growth-driven products

is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate business insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and regional business teams.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with overseas teams.
Familiarity with African or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools is preferred.
