*We’re Hiring*: Commercial Lines (Business Insurance) Division Manager

We’re seeking an experienced

Commercial Lines (Business Insurance) Division Manage r to lead our Business Insurance - Client Services Division in

Marlton, NJ (Hybrid) .

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving team performance, and ensuring strong financial and service outcomes—all while aligning with HIG's goals and policies.

The role also includes leading strategic client initiatives, supporting Agency Solutions, and contributing to growth opportunities, including M&A-related activities.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing insurance team.

Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.

Manage division policies, workflows, and annual goals.

Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay ahead of industry changes.

Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing departments.

Support and participate in Agency Solutions initiatives that align with client objectives and organizational growth strategies.

Assist with M&A-related initiatives, including operational integration, process evaluation, and strategic growth opportunities as needed.

Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.

What We’re Looking For:

7-10 years leadership experience (Required)

7-10 years of insurance experience (Required)

Active NJ Property & Casualty Producer License (Required)

Must maintain a valid Driver's License and auto liability insurance (Required)

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong commitment to confidentiality and data privacy
