Admissions Relationship Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

Crossover · Multiple locations ·

Pay:
180.000 - 220.000
Job type:
Contract

While most enrollment positions prioritize throughput, this role is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is constructing a school model among the most ambitious in the world. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are structured for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective—but only when matched with the right families. That's your mandate.
You will lead the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role where you hand families off. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity of model communication, and ensuring enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate informed discussions, and recommend decline when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive services, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally shepherded high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistency. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will resonate.
What You Will Be Doing

Leading the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial engagement through onboarding.
Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to assess alignment before proposing solutions or guiding next actions.
Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying enrollment stages, with transparent tracking and follow-up discipline.
Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage dialogues that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability.
Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing

Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
Enrolling families who lack alignment to satisfy enrollment targets.
Supervising a team or navigating multi-layered approval processes.
Distributing ownership of the family journey across multiple functions.
Working from a remote location. This position is intentionally campus-based.
