We specialize in strategy, website development & SEO, content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Our offices are in Orange County, CA; San Diego, CA; and Atlanta, GA.

Position: Social Media Content Creator
This role requires a confident self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves systems and processes, and can juggle multiple priorities. The successful candidate will design, write, and tell compelling stories that capture each client’s voice and visual identity. The work fits into a larger marketing plan and requires independent decision‑making, quality control, and collaboration with a driven team.

Responsibilities

Strategic architect and executor of comprehensive social media strategies

Proactive creator adhering to client style and brand identity guidelines

Strong problem solver focused on results and quality control

Team player that leads through knowledge sharing and skill development

Meet internal and client deadlines without fail

Qualifications

Marketing, graphic design, journalism degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum two years experience, preferably within an agency

Strong visual aesthetic and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator

Comfortable with major social media channels

Organized, communicative, creative, team‑oriented, socially engaged, passionate, and loyal

Work Schedule & Benefits

Full‑time, in‑office position (hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

9/80 work schedule – every other Friday off, three‑day weekends every other week
