Nutley, NJ 1 day a week onsite
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Ecommerce Media Manager to execute and optimize retail media campaigns across key retailer platforms. This is a highly execution‑focused role, where you’ll work directly in platforms like Criteo and Pacvue to drive measurable performance across retailers including Target, CVS, Walgreens, Sam’s Club, and emerging channels such as Instacart and DoorDash.
This is not a strategy‑only role—you’ll be in‑platform daily, making real‑time optimizations that directly impact sales and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across retail media platforms (Target, CVS, Walgreens, Sam’s Club, etc.)
- Execute daily optimizations including bids, budgets, keywords, and audience targeting
- Monitor spend pacing to ensure alignment with ROAS and sales goals
- Continuously test and refine creative, keywords, and placements
Platform & Tools
- Work directly within Criteo (required) and Pacvue (preferred)
- Leverage platform insights to inform optimizations and performance improvements
- Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail
Performance Analysis
- Analyze performance across KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and sales
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
Search & Keyword Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and manage search‑based campaign structures
- Optimize keyword strategy to improve efficiency and scale
focus on candidates who are currently hands‑on in retail media activation and can ramp up with minimal training.
Please prioritize:
- 2–4 years of retail media experience
- Titles like Retail Media Specialist, Analyst, Associate, Paid Search Specialist, or Performance Marketing Specialist
- Agency backgrounds where candidates are executing campaigns across multiple retail media networks
- Candidates who are personally building and optimizing campaigns, not just managing agencies or strategy
