Feature Content Producer
Location: Fort Worth, TX (must travel to events). 50% producer/director, 50% editing. Weekday/Weekend hours, extended hours as needed.

PBR is the world’s premier bull riding organization, part of TKO Group Holdings. We produce televised events such as the Unleash The Beast tour, Teams league, and Challenger Series.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify scripts for production concepts.
- Edit original video content in Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Manage a tapeless workflow and digital archive.
- Collaborate with producers, designers and team to meet project objectives.
- Offer creative ideas to enhance video projects.
- Create dynamic storytelling commercials and short‑form videos for broadcast and social media.
- Direct on‑location shoots, set visual concept, manage crew.
- Ensure high‑quality footage and sound.
- Troubleshoot quickly in various circumstances.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Creative and solution‑oriented team player.
- Strong project management, organization and prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Can work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Adaptable to changing conditions of nationally televised sports.
- Proficiency in Avid (and Premiere).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Media or Digital Cinema preferred or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in videography or TV production, preferably in sports and entertainment.
Working Conditions
Weekday and weekend hours, travel to events, extended hours required. Position based in Fort Worth, TX.
