The Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form content for social media, with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram. From concept to execution, you’ll bring stories to life on and off camera — blending creativity with performance insights. Collaborating with the social team, you’ll craft content that stays true to our brand while hitting cross‑functional goals and delivering results.

What You’ll Do

Conceptualize and create engaging and original short‑form content for TikTok and Instagram.

Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy.

Collaborate closely with our social team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.

Execute end‑to‑end video production, including filming, editing, and audio to deliver content that drives awareness and engagement.

Experiment with different video styles, techniques and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences.

Analyze content performance metrics, insights and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and growth.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of social media content creation.

Portfolio of high‑performing TikTok/Reels/Shorts and experience leveraging third‑party editing apps.

Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.

Bring the energy! You move fast, spot trends quickly, and aren’t shy about owning the camera. If you love grabbing attention and keeping it, this role is for you.

Proven track record of creating high‑performing TikTok videos — for brands or your own account — with strong engagement, watch time, and conversion metrics.

Must be able to independently concept, shoot, edit, and appear on camera — you’ll own the full creative process from idea to execution.
