Global UX Research & Design Strategist - Remote

Deckers Brands is hiring a Global UX Research & Design Specialist to shape digital experiences across web and mobile. You will drive insights from research, work with product, design, and engineering to translate findings into innovative interfaces, and push for accessible, scalable standards.
You will lead experiments, apply analytics, and advocate for a user‑centered approach in a global, fast‑paced environment. A strong portfolio of growth‑m oriented UX work is required.
