Freelance Graphic Designer

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Freelance Graphic Designer to work with us remotely.
Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience uniquely positioned at the intersection of data-driven retail performance, customer experience transformation, and operational execution across 200+ luxury brands worldwide.
The mission of our 270 collaborators is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation. We are passionate about delivering impact.
Our clients include the world's most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile-first learning platform for luxury and premium brands. CXG Learn is evolving from standalone modules into a scalable ecosystem of premium, engaging, "Insta-story" style learning paths — and we need a designer who can create content that feels as elevated as the brands we serve.
This is hands-on design work built directly inside our learning-authoring platform, not just file delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a premium sensibility, and a genuine appetite to learn new tools and experiment as we build.
A note on tools: Much of this role happens inside Autrice, our learning-authoring platform, and similar tools — not the usual design software. They're simple but different, so a willingness to learn and iterate is essential, and you should expect an initial trial-and-error phase as we establish the best ways of working together. We value designers who are comfortable with that.
Key Responsibilities
Module & Template Design
Design and refine learning-module templates directly in our authoring platform — typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and navigation consistency.
Ensure every screen is mobile-first and optimized for portrait consumption.
Path Identities
Develop distinct-but-coherent visual identities for learning paths such as Luxury, Clienteling, Emotional Selling, and Management.
Move from single-module thinking to full-path creative systems that remain part of the CXG Learn ecosystem.
Visual & Icon Libraries
Build reusable visual libraries — neutral boutique backgrounds and category-specific backgrounds (cosmetics, ready-to-wear, jewellery, watches).
Create icon sets tied to the client experience and retail performance.
Module Revamps & Guidelines
Revamp existing modules to be more premium, mobile-first, and scalable.
Apply and help maintain the CXG Learn creative guidelines across all content.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly through feedback.
