Regional Sales Manager

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations and drive financial performance while developing high-performing teams. You will ensure stores operate efficiently, meet targets, and uphold customer service and safety standards.
You will lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff, travel regularly to on-site locations, and manage inventory and compliance across the district.
