Our client, a leader in marine electronics and digital marketing, is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join their team. As a Web Content Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Marketing department supporting the Web team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical mindset, curiosity about new tools, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Execute content publishing, updates, and configuration changes across multiple brand websites using enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Optimizely.
- Build and maintain landing pages, product detail pages, campaign assets, and navigational elements following brand and UX standards.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, link integrity, and responsive rendering across devices and browsers.
- Support SEO hygiene by implementing on-page SEO elements and monitoring compliance during routine content operations.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging platform capabilities to improve workflows, accelerate routine tasks, and enhance output quality.
What's Needed?
- 2–4 years of experience in web content operations, CMS administration, or digital production within a multi-brand or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and minor front-end adjustments.
- Understanding of on-page SEO principles, metadata standards, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Experience with structured QA processes and familiarity with AI tools used in content workflows.
