Key responsibilities
Appear on camera for Reels, TikToks, and storytelling formats to engage the audience
Collaborate on scripts and concepts, rapidly developing and testing content formats
Track content performance and connect decisions to growth metrics, staying ahead of platform trends
Required qualifications
Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account with measurable results
Strong background in user-generated content (UGC) and paid advertising
Compelling on-camera presence, with a fast execution ability from concept to posting
Reliable home production setup including a phone camera and decent lighting
Willingness to adhere to FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content
