Social Media Manager - Cannabis Podcast

Full job description Who We Are We're a group that talks about all things cannabis through our podcasts. We're looking for someone cool and creative to help us share our stuff on social media.
What You’ll Do Write catchy titles and descriptions for our YouTube podcasts.
Select the best parts (timestamps) of our podcasts to turn into reels.
Propose fun posts for social media.
Chat and engage with our followers online.
Handle Instagram DMs.
Plan and run effective social media campaigns to grow our brand.
Create compelling content for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Monitor performance of posts and devise improvement strategies.
Stay up-to-date with cannabis industry news and social media changes.
Collaborate with our team to maintain a unified online voice.
What You Need 3‑5 years of experience managing large social media accounts and campaigns.
Knowledge of social‑media rules, trends, and strategies.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset and willingness to experiment.
Self‑management skills, ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
