Lean Production Supervisor – Night Shift

Shearer’s Foods is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead employees at our Fort Worth, TX facility on a 6:15 p.m.–7:30 a.m. schedule. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement goals, aligning with Lean operations.
The role requires 2–5 years of production supervision in food processing, a related 4-year degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership to elevate the team and ensure high-quality outputs.
