Marketing & Leadership Trainee: Path to Management

Pomona College is seeking a Business Management Trainee to serve as the face of our clients to new customers and an advocate for our current customers. This is an entry-level marketing position with full training provided, and a strong track record of promoting from within.
The role involves evolving client relationships, identifying prospects, qualifying leads, closing sales, and growing and maintaining those relationships across the region.
