Head of Voice of the Consumer & Insights

Scan-Health-Plan seeks a Senior Manager of Voice of Consumer (VOC) to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and operation of SCAN’s VOC platform and program. Drive adoption, translate feedback into platform capabilities, and partner with IT, vendors, and product teams.
You will translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable requirements, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery of enterprise priorities with strong stakeholder engagement.
