Job DescriptionVictaulic is expanding its Industrial marketing team, and we need a content and campaigns specialist who can navigate multiple vertical markets, build relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders, and turn technical stories into content that moves audiences to action in a competitive B2B market.The Marketing Specialist, Content & Integrated Campaigns will own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Victaulic’s Industrial vertical markets, including Energy, Infrastructure, Mining and Oil & Gas. You will translate market insights and voice-of-customer intelligence into compelling content across digital, social, and print platforms and then measure what works and optimize relentlessly.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You’ll collaborate directly with industrial sales leaders, work alongside a marketing team, and leverage both in-house and agency resources to drive brand presence in markets that are hungry for great content. This is a role for someone energized by variety, collaborative by nature, and capable of building structure where ambiguity exists.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving alignment with Industrial Vertical Market sales leadersIntegrated CampaignsOwn full-funnel campaign execution across digital, social, email, video, and print; from strategy through reporting with clear KPIs and budget accountabilityAlign inbound and outbound marketing strategies to industrial sales goals; coordinate internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver on time and on brandBuild and manage a campaign calendar that sequences priorities across markets, balancing shared resources against individual vertical needs and launch timingContent Creation and StrategyDevelop a consistent content market-specific cadence through case studies, project briefs, application stories, blog posts, white papers, and sales enablement materials that translates technical product knowledge into clear, value-driven narrativesConduct on-site content capture; including job site visits, contractor interviews and owner testimonials to develop authentic, field-sourced stories that differentiate Victaulic in Industrial marketsPrioritize and update existing literature across industrial verticals, identifying gaps in the content library and developing new materials to support the full buyer journeyCollaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and applications engineers to produce accurate technical and commercial content across digital and print formatsCross Functional Collaboration and PlanningServe as the marketing liaison to industrial sales by gathering field intelligence, aligning campaign priorities, and contributing to annual and long-range market planningEnsure all content and campaigns meet corporate brand standards; proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing operations and workflowsQualifications6+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience desired but not required. Provide specific campaign examplesAbility to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategiesStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for distinct audiences across multiple verticalsRobust collaboration and leadership skillsExcellent project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a multi-market workloadMust have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, SmartSheet, and Teams.
