Role Description
This is a contract assignment with Palo Alto Networks, staffed through a trusted recruitment partner. The contract spans 12 months.

Location & Duration

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Duration: 12 months

Your Impact

Operations & Logistics Support – manage routine logistics and executive reporting.

PO Lifecycle Tracking – maintain an end‑to‑end purchase‑order tracking system, ensuring zero delays in vendor onboarding.

Contractor Approval Pipelines – design structured routing and tracking workflows for contractor requests requiring CMO sign‑off.

Special Project Interface – serve as the operational liaison for high‑priority initiatives such as the global merchandise store overhaul.

All‑Hands Broadcast Production – orchestrate technical and digital setups for global marketing all‑hands meetings (Zoom Webinar, Slido Q&A, slide asset formatting).

AI & Low‑Code Workflow Automation – build automated intake forms, dashboards, and AI prototypes to streamline data capture and reporting.

Intake System Architecture – design, build, and deploy intake automation workflows (Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, AI scripts).

Tracking Dashboard Development – deliver lightweight dashboards using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or Notion to track action items and milestones.

AI Tool Prototyping – experiment with AI prompts or GPT agents to clean, normalize, and compile qualitative marketing data.

Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of marketing operations experience.

Proficient in low‑code
o‑code automation platforms (Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform, Make.com, etc.).

Data & Dashboard fluency – ability to build clear trackers in Excel/Sheets, Notion, Airtable, PowerBI, or equivalent.

AI‑literate – comfortable using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilots) for scripting and data formatting.

Technical production experience – managing backend settings for enterprise webinar tools (Zoom Webinar, Webex, Teams).

Compensation
Hourly rate: $70–$75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits are provided by the staffing agency. No visa sponsorship available.
