Organizational Design Director

To support organizational transformation, the full-time salaried Organizational Design Director will shape strategies, design future-state organizations, and improve effectiveness across teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Shape organizational strategy by partnering with leaders to enhance accountability and effectiveness
Design future-state organizations, including team structures and decision ownership, and present recommendations to senior leaders
Analyze work processes and organizational data to identify trends and opportunities for improving efficiency and collaboration

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in organizational design, HR, or workforce planning
Strong understanding of organizational design principles and workforce structures
Experience in designing and optimizing matrixed organizational structures
Ability to connect organizational design decisions to business goals and analyze organizational data
