YouTube Scriptwriter

To support a growing online education brand, the full-time remote YouTube Scriptwriter will ideate and write scripts for four videos a week across two channels, focusing on engaging content for an established audience in the business niche.
Key responsibilities

Generate and refine video concepts, ensuring alignment with proven audience engagement strategies
Write four scripts weekly, applying a systematic approach to content creation based on psychological frameworks
Conduct quality control on video edits, providing detailed feedback to ensure the final product meets performance standards

Required qualifications

Proven experience writing long-form YouTube scripts that have demonstrated performance metrics
Ability to analyze and reverse-engineer successful video content from various channels
Strong passion for writing, particularly in crafting hooks and maintaining narrative structure
Native or near-native English proficiency, suitable for a U.S. audience
Availability to overlap at least 4 hours a day with U.S. Eastern business hours
