Federal Pursuit Lead & Proposals Strategist

WSP USA is seeking a Pursuit Leader for the Earth & Environment Federal Sector to drive growth across US offices. You will coordinate with E&E and BL leads, manage complex pursuits, and shape capture plans, messaging, and client positioning to win major contracts with federal agencies.
The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, knowledge management for Federal Sector, and continuous improvement in proposal quality and process. Travel may be required across locations.
