Eastern Sales Director — Growth & Partnerships Leader

Virnig Manufacturing, a family-owned producer of skid steer loader attachments since 1989 in Central Minnesota, seeks a Director of Sales to shape and execute the strategic sales vision across the eastern United States and to expand into new markets while guiding the existing dealer network.
The DSM will set ambitious goals, lead a diverse sales team, and collaborate with Marketing, Production and Finance to drive profitable growth. Significant travel is required.
