Managing a portfolio of Operations Centers, the full-time remote Assistant Vice President, Central Operations Services will drive LEAN principles to improve processes and oversee teams across various operational areas, ensuring service level agreements are met while pursuing strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Direct oversight of Central Operations teams, focusing on production levels, quality, and cost management
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Measure and ensure compliance with service level agreements throughout the delivery team
Required qualifications
Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in insurance or related fields
Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and methodologies
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
Experience with policy lifecycle management and operational support functions
Ability to work independently while collaborating with various internal stakeholders
