Senior Federal Business Development & Capture Director

Hendall Inc. is seeking a Vice President / Division Director to identify, win, and oversee new Federal Agency business, building a strong capture pipeline. The role requires a proven record in sales, capture, and program management within the Federal sector, with hands-on leadership to drive bookings and revenue.
You will report to the COO and guide cross-functional teams across proposals, contracts, pricing, editing, and graphics. Salary range is $175,000 to $225,000 per year.
