Onboarding Representative - Special Projects

BayCare is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a temporary project through December 2026. This PRN position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and maintaining organized records while supporting compliance initiatives.
This role is heavily focused on data entry, document management, and filing, requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately process large volumes of information.
Although this is a PRN position with no benefits, we anticipate scheduling up to 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the project.
This position requires travel between BayCare facilities in Hillsborough, Polk and Pinellas Counties. Whenever possible, assignments will be made with consideration of the selected candidate's location to help minimize travel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Computer literacy, attention to detail, data entry skills, confidentiality and discretion required.
