Duration: 5 - 6 Months of Contract
Job Description: Position Overview We are seeking a Multimedia Support Specialist to deliver a high level of customer service and time-sensitive multimedia support for conference centers, executive meeting spaces, and integrated collaboration rooms. This role is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of audiovisual and conferencing technologies in a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate environment.
The successful candidate will provide white-glove support for executives, senior leadership, board meetings, confidential events, and critical business meetings requiring professionalism, discretion, and technical excellence.
Qualifications College diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in IT, AV support, multimedia services, or conference room technology support.
Required Skills Hands-on experience with conferencing systems such as Cisco Tele Presence, Polycom, WebEx, Teams, or similar.
