Director of Impact Campaigns

BerlinRosen is seeking an Account Director to join their Impact Team in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on advancing communications campaigns for social issues like workers' rights and racial justice.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic conversations, develop integrated campaigns, and mentor a diverse team. A minimum of 6 years of political campaign or strategic communications experience is required. The position is hybrid with in-office work at least three days per week.
