About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Management to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an enterprise talent strategy that aligns with the company's values and strategic plan. This role involves providing strategic leadership in various areas, including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and equity and inclusion talent strategies. The Vice President of Talent Management will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and executive leadership to ensure the organization has the necessary leadership capability and talent pipeline to achieve its priorities.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in talent management or a related discipline. The role requires a strong background in leading enterprise talent strategies, experience in developing competency frameworks, and a proven ability to partner effectively with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, values-based culture. Responsibilities also include talent analytics, governance, and the implementation of innovative talent management practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
