Observe.AI is the AI Agents platform for customer experience, enabling organizations to deploy autonomous AI Agents across the CX lifecycle. The Strategic Accounts team seeks a results-driven leader with a proven ability to close large ARR deals and design strategic engagement with Fortune 250 prospects.
You will partner across Solutions, Marketing, and Finance to move evaluations, demos, and value proofs forward, while forecasting pipelines and shaping the roadmap and GTM strategy.
