Coordinator
The Coordinator supports day-to-day campaign execution across Video & Integrated Partnerships while building foundational knowledge of platforms, processes, and media fundamentals. This role is responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, maintaining campaign documentation, and supporting financial and operational workflows under the guidance of senior team members. The Coordinator is detail-oriented, organized, and focused on developing core channel expertise.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Support campaign setup and launch across video and partnership platforms, including building naming conventions, appending tracking parameters (UTMs), trafficking assets, and conducting post-launch QA checks
Assist with campaign optimization implementation by applying approved adjustments and documenting updates in internal trackers
Ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign setup and execution
Financial Operations & Reconciliation
Assist with IO processes and media financial workflows, including Prisma inputs, tracking vendor acceptance, gathering partner terms, and updating delivery details
Support campaign actualization and reconciliation by reviewing invoices against reconciled spend in Prisma and escalating discrepancies
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and update campaign documentation, including media plans, pacing trackers, launch trackers, and operational tools
Extract, organize, and validate campaign data to support reporting needs
Maintain organized records of assets and deliverables to ensure accessibility and accuracy
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and partners under supervision to gather required campaign materials (e.g., specs, screenshots, affidavits)
Track responses and follow up as needed to ensure timely delivery
Client & Team Support
Support basic client communication tasks, including confirming receipt of materials and sharing logistical updates under supervision
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Learning & Development
Build foundational knowledge of video and digital partnership channels
Develop understanding of media math, KPI calculations, and campaign pacing
Learn core principles of audience targeting and creative best practices

Qualifications
0–18 months of experience in media, marketing, or a related field (internship experience applicable)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process adherence
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to extract and organize data effectively
Strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of video and digital partnership channels
Familiarity with media math and KPI calculations
Awareness of campaign pacing and delivery concepts
Understanding of billing basics (Prisma entry, invoice checks)
Exposure to audience concepts and creative best practices
Basic familiarity or exposure to tools such as Prisma, Operative (OX), and CM360
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Compensation (Text Only)
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $ 50,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
