Strategic Territory Sales Manager - Chronic Care

TwelveStone Health Partners is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to grow and maintain relationships with specialty physicians and clinics. You will identify customer needs and present TwelveStone’s therapy services, including infusions, injections, and home care offerings, to meet those needs.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of progressive sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
